Samples
Samples can be ordered over the phone or by e-mail.
There is a small charge of £2.50 per sample.

Ordering
Orders can be taken by phone or email, or by post.Click here to go to contact details.
50% of the total is required on ordering. A sample will then be sent to you for proof reading.

Proofs
Proofs should be signed to signify acceptance, or returned marked with any necessary amendments. Your order will be started as soon as I receive confirmation that spellings, layout etc are all correct.  

Delivery
Stationery is posted using Royal Mail Special Delivery. This includes insurance and guaranteed next day delivery by 1pm. A signature is required at the delivery address. Items posted on a Friday may not arrive the next day, as Royal Mail does not guarantee deliveries on a Saturday. The final balance will be due prior to despatch.

I accept payment by cheque.  Cheques should be made payable to Liz Shier and sent to: -
